MercyCorps . ONETABLE
MercyCorps asked Curiosity Group to design a logo for a campaign that target's women across America–based on a year of women joining globally to fight hunger. We sought to convey a visual treatment that expressed connection, was modern, motivating and natural.
For the design we tried to take a less literal approach, hoping that a figurative treatment would appeal to the well-educated, bi-coastal demographic target of this campaign, engaging and challenging them on a level akin to the tagline, “What can you bring?”
Other considerations included: the ability of the logo and style to work well alone as well as in tandem with the other relevant brands of MercyCorps.
My role as the creative director involved meeting with the clients, strategy on the naming, art direction and design development.
